Randallstown, Maryland, United States, September 2024 – Rob McMonagle has been named Chief People Officer at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. In his new role, Rob will be leading the hospital’s human resources strategies, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development. Rob brings extensive experience in HR leadership, having driven impactful HR initiatives in the healthcare sector.
Rob previously served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Luminis Health, where he successfully led the talent acquisition and development strategy for the health system for almost two years. His role focused on sourcing talent and building programs to support employee growth and retention.
Prior to that, Rob held several leadership positions at Asbury Communities, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources. During his nearly 18-year tenure, Rob developed human resources strategies for talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning, leading Asbury through numerous organizational changes.
Rob’s earlier career includes roles as Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Asbury Communities, where he managed HR operations, employee safety, and compliance across multiple locations. His leadership was key in driving recruitment, performance management, and organizational effectiveness for Asbury’s large workforce.
