Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Generic Engineering Construction And Projects Limited has appointed Pradeep Kumar Gulati as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Generic Engineering Construction And Projects Limited, Pradeep served as CHRO at Fortress Infracon Limited, where he played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. He also led the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Before that, Pradeep was General Manager of Human Resources at H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, where he oversaw the implementation of HR systems, policies, and practices. His role involved leading talent acquisition, creating competitive compensation structures, and driving leadership development.
Earlier in his career, Pradeep served as Vice President of Human Resources at Feedback Infra, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. His contributions helped improve employee engagement and retention across the organization.
In his role as Head of Human Resources at LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited, Pradeep enhanced recruitment processes and formulated HR policies, aligning them with business objectives. His leadership in talent management and development programs helped foster a culture of growth and innovation.
