Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2024 – Tracy Rattray has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Chevron ENGINE, the company’s new Engineering and Innovation Excellence Centre located in Bengaluru, India. Tracy brings nearly two decades of experience at Chevron to her new role, where she will lead HR operations for the innovation hub, contributing to the company’s strategic growth in the region.
Before this, Tracy served as HR Director for Chevron New Energies, where she played a pivotal role in guiding talent management and HR strategy in Chevron’s new energy ventures, based out of Houston, Texas. Her work involved global talent acquisition and leadership development, ensuring alignment with the company’s innovation and sustainability goals.
Tracy also held the position of Director & Deputy General Manager, HR at Tengizchevroil in Atyrau, Kazakhstan, overseeing HR operations for Chevron’s joint venture, with a focus on expatriate management, compensation strategies, and leadership development within the organization.
Earlier in her career, Tracy served as Total Remuneration Manager for North America in Houston, Texas, and HR Director for Chevron Bangladesh, where she led key HR projects, including labor relations and union agreements.
Tracy’s career at Chevron began in Australia, where she worked in various HR and remuneration roles. Her expertise spans across global compensation, change management, and leadership development.
