Hong Kong SAR, September 2024 – Elizabeth Ker has taken on the role of Head of Learning and Organisation Development at Swire Properties. In this position, Elizabeth will be responsible for enhancing employee capabilities, fostering leadership development, and driving organisational effectiveness initiatives across the company. Her deep expertise in people development and organisational design will be instrumental in ensuring Swire Properties’ ongoing commitment to employee growth and excellence.
Prior to joining Swire Properties, Elizabeth served as Head of People Development APAC at BNP Paribas Wealth Management for 3 years, where she led leadership and talent development programs across the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier, she was Vice President of Corporate Capability at Fung Group, where she spent over 3 years designing and executing strategies to build leadership capabilities and organisational resilience.
Elizabeth also held the role of Organisation Design & Development Consultant at HM Revenue & Customs in the UK, where she worked on large-scale transformation projects to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Her career also includes time at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the Pine Street Leadership Development Group, where she focused on developing future leaders of the firm, as well as various leadership roles within the UK Civil Service.
