Omaha, Nebraska, United States, October 2024 – Deann Mandel Grovijohn has taken on the role of Director of Human Resources at Streck, bringing over two decades of HR expertise to lead the company’s human resources strategy. In her new role, Deann will focus on strengthening employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development to support Streck’s continued growth and innovation.
Deann has been with Streck for nearly 26 years, where she most recently served as Human Resources Senior Manager for the past seven years. In this capacity, she oversaw critical HR functions, including workforce planning, policy development, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and productive workplace.
Prior to that, Deann worked as a Human Resources Manager for over five years, where she led initiatives to enhance employee training and development, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Her tenure in this role built on her earlier experience as a Human Resources Supervisor, a position she held for nearly eight years, managing daily HR operations and compliance activities.
Earlier in her career, Deann served as a Human Resource Generalist at Streck, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs for over five years, establishing a solid foundation in human resources practices.
Before joining Streck, Deann worked as a Senior Consulting Associate at SilverStone Group, where she contributed to HR consulting projects for nearly two years. She began her career as a Student Employment Assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, supporting students in finding employment opportunities on campus.
