Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 2024 – Neha Khicha has been appointed as Director, Strategic Business & Talent Partner for India, APAC, EMEA, and WTR at The Hershey Company. In her new role, Neha will lead talent strategy and business initiatives across these regions, focusing on aligning HR functions with strategic business goals to enhance workforce capabilities and support growth.
Before this role, Neha was the Senior Manager, Strategic Business & Talent Partner for Europe, MEA, APAC, and WTR at The Hershey Company, where she played a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives across the regions. Her focus included talent management, organizational development, and leadership strategies, contributing to the company’s growth and cultural transformation.

Previously, Neha served as Regional HR Business Partner at MCN Middle East Communications Network, where she supported HR initiatives for major divisions like Weber Shandwick and Jack Morton. She was instrumental in talent management, performance coaching, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Prior to MCN, Neha was part of Boeing in various HR roles, including Leadership NeXt – HiPo Leadership Development Candidate, Learning and Organizational Capability Lead, and Change Management Lead. Her efforts at Boeing focused on talent management, leadership development, and HR transformation, with significant contributions to country development strategy and employee engagement.
Neha’s earlier career also includes roles as Campus Hiring Lead at Virtusa and HR Business Partner at Sify Technologies Limited, where she drove recruitment strategies, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
