Orlando, Florida, USA – October 2024 – Heather Coyne has assumed the role of Director, Human Resource Operations, US & Canada at Ravago Americas. In this role, Heather will lead HR operations for both the US and Canadian markets, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across Ravago’s hybrid workforce.
Before joining Ravago Americas, Heather was Head of Talent Acquisition at Ravago Americas, where she oversaw talent strategies for 9 months, driving recruitment and talent optimization. She previously served as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where she managed corporate recruitment, DEI initiatives, and international hiring for nearly 1 year.
Heather also worked as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Elior North America, leading recruitment strategies and workforce planning for over 1 year. She continued her career as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ABM Industries, where she contributed to strategic HR initiatives for nearly 3 months before transitioning to broader talent acquisition roles.
Earlier, Heather held various HR leadership positions, including roles at Holiday Retirement and Avant Healthcare Professionals, where she developed strategic HR frameworks, managed recruitment programs, and ensured compliance across multiple regions.
