Tehran, Iran – November 2024 – Hossein Amouee has recently assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Ghadir Investment Company. In this strategic leadership position, Hossein will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies to support Ghadir’s diverse operations and workforce across its numerous subsidiaries and sectors.
Before joining Ghadir Investment Company, Hossein was Human Resources Manager at Maadiran in Tehran, where he led HR functions to enhance workforce engagement and organizational effectiveness over a four-year tenure. His efforts contributed significantly to Maadiran’s HR development, aligning with business growth.
Prior to Maadiran, he served as Head of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Navaco Information Technology Co. Here, Hossein managed HR and administrative functions, playing a vital role in streamlining processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. His nearly four-year tenure at Navaco was marked by key contributions to the IT sector’s HR landscape.
Earlier, Hossein held the position of Human Resources Manager at Simorgh in Tehran, where he further honed his expertise in HR management and employee relations, driving initiatives that reinforced HR alignment with business objectives.
Beginning his career in network administration, Hossein held technical roles at FanavaCard ePayment Inc., Foolad Paya, and Bahman Group, where he developed a deep understanding of IT operations and network infrastructure, skills which later informed his management approach in HR.
