Dubai, United Arab Emirates – December 2024 – Farzana has appointed Mohamed Wadah as its new Head of People, where he will lead and enhance the company’s HR strategies, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
In his most recent role, Mohamed served as the Group Human Resources Manager at Prime Group in Dubai for over four years, where he was instrumental in overseeing HR policy compliance, senior stakeholder management, and resource management. His leadership significantly contributed to the development of talent scouting, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Before Prime Group, Mohamed held the position of HR & Administration Manager at Bin Dhaen Holding PJSC, also in Dubai, for more than four years. Here, he managed comprehensive HR functions, focusing on policy compliance, labor relations, and compensation, which enhanced operational efficiency across various departments.
Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Al Ashram Contracting Company. His responsibilities included recruitment support, managing employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes. This role strengthened his hands-on experience in HR operations and policy adherence.
Mohamed also has valuable experience as an HR Coordinator at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Egypt, where he managed personnel files, coordinated recruitment processes, and ensured legal compliance in HR practices. His contributions were pivotal in establishing a structured approach to HR management within the organization.
