California, United States – November 2024 – Tulasi Siddhartha has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Zoox, a company committed to redefining personal transportation through its autonomous vehicle technology. Siddhartha brings a wealth of HR leadership experience, having previously held prominent roles at Nike and Intel Corporation, where she demonstrated expertise in strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and global operations. At Zoox, Siddhartha will focus on shaping the company’s people strategies to support Zoox’s mission of delivering safe, clean, and innovative mobility solutions.
In her most recent position, Siddhartha served as Vice President HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) at Nike, where she led team and talent strategies across 19 countries. She specialized in organizational design, talent management, and diversity initiatives, driving people strategies to support growth across a wide geographical footprint.
Prior to that, Siddhartha held the role of Vice President HR Operations at Nike, leading a 450-person team responsible for global HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, across 80,000 employees in multiple regions. During her tenure, she implemented measures that significantly enhanced employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Siddhartha’s extensive experience also includes her role as Vice President Workforce Strategy at Nike, where she pioneered the company’s first workforce planning team, laying the foundation for data-driven growth and scalability. Earlier, she held a series of senior HR roles at Intel Corporation over 20 years, culminating in her position as Vice President of HR Global Shared Services, where she managed HR operations for a global workforce and spearheaded various transformation initiatives to improve HR service delivery.
