Sarah Boulogne Appointed as Chief People Officer at Nebius

Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, – November 2024 – Sarah Boulogne has recently joined Nebius as the Chief People Officer, where she will play a key role in enhancing the company’s people and culture strategy to support its growth in the AI and cloud platform space. In her new role, Sarah will oversee all aspects of the HR function and lead strategic initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture across Nebius’ global teams.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in human resources, having previously served as the Sr. HR Director EMEA at Digital Realty. Over her tenure of nearly three years, she provided HR leadership across the EMEA region, driving strategic HR initiatives and managing HR operations. Her time at Digital Realty has been marked by a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

Prior to that, Sarah was the Principal People Partner EMEA & APAC at Sonos, Inc., where she was a key member of the European and APAC leadership team. Her contributions included leadership development, team building, and organizational health, reflecting her passion for creating positive work environments and supporting the growth of international teams.

Sarah also held the role of Director of Human Resources for European HQ & BeNeLux at Staples Solutions, where she managed the centralization of HR functions, led talent acquisition, and established an HR Shared Service Centre. Her efforts played a significant role in streamlining HR operations and harmonizing working conditions across multiple regions.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held an HR Manager position at Value8 Tech Group, focusing on integrating five companies under a unified entity and setting up an HR shared services framework. Additionally, she served as Director of Human Resources at Thomas Cook Nederland, where she was responsible for strategic HR initiatives, change management, and overseeing key mergers and carve-outs within the organization.
