Praveen Prakash comes to Kajaria with a commendable 16-plus years of experience in the HR domain, predominantly with Usha International, where he dedicated over 17 years to honing his expertise in people management, organizational growth, and strategic business analysis. His tenure at Usha International in Gurugram, Haryana, India, is a testament to his ability to drive significant HR initiatives that align with corporate objectives and foster an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.

Prakash’s educational background, with a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services, complements his extensive professional experience, equipping him with the latest HR strategies and practices that are crucial for navigating the contemporary business landscape.
