Bremen, Germany, May 2026 – Victoria Tornau has joined Eggers & Franke Group as Head of HR and a member of the company’s Management Team, bringing with her extensive international experience across strategic HR leadership, organizational transformation, talent management, and HR process optimization.
In her new role at Eggers & Franke Group, Victoria will lead the HR team, drive a future-oriented HR strategy, strengthen strategic HR business partnering for leadership teams, and oversee organizational transformation and talent development initiatives across the business.
Prior to joining Eggers & Franke Group, Victoria Tornau was associated with HELM AG, where she served as HR Process Manager and also worked as HR Business Partner for Executive Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors. During her tenure, she led multinational HR process optimization initiatives, supported senior leadership on strategic HR matters, and contributed significantly to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and organizational transformation projects.
Before HELM AG, Victoria worked with Diageo in several senior HR roles, including HR Business Partner Functions, Employee Relations Manager Northern Europe, and HR Business Partner Central Europe. She was involved in leading transformation and restructuring programs, strengthening employee relations frameworks across multiple countries, and supporting talent management and leadership development initiatives across Europe.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly eight years with Nestlé, where she held multiple HR leadership roles including HR Business Partner for field sales force and Corporate Channel, HR Business Partner for Key Account Management and Sales Support, and HR-Generalist. During this period, she contributed to large-scale HR transformation projects, succession planning, leadership coaching, and the implementation of digital HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors.
Victoria also gained recruitment and talent acquisition experience through earlier roles with Abbott Laboratories and Accenture, where she focused on recruitment process development, talent acquisition, and high-volume hiring initiatives.
