Bristol, United Kingdom, November 2024 – Tribal Group, a global provider of education management solutions, has announced the appointment of Louise Thompson as its Head of People. With nearly a decade at Tribal Group, Louise brings extensive expertise in strategic human resources, employee engagement, and organizational development to her new role.
In this position, Louise will lead Tribal’s global HR strategy, focusing on enhancing people advisory services, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and driving initiatives that align with the organization’s objectives to empower educational institutions worldwide.
Louise Thompson has been with Tribal Group for nearly 10 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership in various roles. For the past four years, Louise served as Head of People Advisory Services, leading a global team of HR advisors and business partners to deliver comprehensive people guidance and strategic support. Her responsibilities included driving employee engagement, strategic HR planning, and designing innovative development programs.
Before that, Louise spent five years as an HR Business Partner, where she partnered with leadership across the UK and APAC regions to implement talent management strategies, resolve complex employee relations issues, and lead key organizational change projects.
Earlier in her career at Tribal, Louise held the position of HR Officer, where she focused on operational HR activities and laid the foundation for her later strategic contributions.
Prior to joining Tribal Group, Louise held HR roles at Teleperformance, Office of Government Commerce, and Marie Curie Cancer Care, gaining a broad range of experience in employee relations, policy creation, and HR operations.
