London, England, United Kingdom, November 2024 – Metz Acres, an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in leading cultural transformations and fostering employee engagement, has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at Qualis Group Ltd. In this new role, Metz will oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of the company’s People and Culture functions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Metz joins Qualis Group Ltd following a successful tenure as Associate Director of HR & Wellbeing at the Mental Health Foundation, where they led talent strategy, employee engagement, and cultural change initiatives. Their work focused on fostering an inclusive environment while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Prior to this, Metz held the position of Head of People & Culture at the Christian Action Housing Association, where they led HR transformation projects, developed board-level strategies, and implemented effective restructuring processes over a span of five years.
Metz also brings experience as Head of Human Resources at JDRF UK and Outward Housing, where they honed their skills in leadership development, multi-site HR operations, and organizational culture transformation. Earlier in their career, they progressed through HR advisory and managerial roles at Outward Housing, gaining extensive expertise in HR policies, project management, and team leadership.
