Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Kshitiz Saigal has commenced his new role as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Based in Mumbai, Kshitiz will lead talent acquisition strategies to support the bank’s growth and innovation in the financial sector.
Kshitiz joins Kotak Mahindra Bank after serving as AVP – Talent Acquisition at toothsi for nearly four years. At toothsi, he led the HR function, expanding the Product & Engineering and Inside Sales teams by 6X and 10X respectively. Kshitiz also introduced a performance management system that boosted employee engagement scores by 24% and transitioned HR processes to an integrated HRMS and ATS system, delivering significant efficiency gains.
Prior to toothsi, Kshitiz worked as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Country Club, where he collaborated closely with the MD to develop HR frameworks and drove a role redundancy exercise that optimized the sales force by 18%.
Before that, he served as Zonal Manager – Human Resource (West) at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, managing HR operations for over 1,200 employees. His responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Earlier in his career, Kshitiz worked as Manager – Human Resources at Raymond Limited, overseeing talent acquisition for retail brands such as Park Avenue and Color Plus, while managing HR systems and processes for over 3,000 employees.
