In her new role, Eleanor will focus on driving transformative talent strategies and leading change management initiatives to foster organizational growth and innovation within Wienerberger’s UK operations.
Eleanor’s journey with Wienerberger UK began in October 2023, where she served as Interim HR Director. During her tenure, she demonstrated her expertise in strategic leadership, business transformation, and collaborative management to enhance workforce engagement and streamline organizational practices.
Prior to joining Wienerberger, Eleanor held the role of Organisation Development Lead and Interim Head of Learning and Development at Simpson Millar Solicitors, where she led initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster organizational growth.
Eleanor also founded The People Whisperers Consultancy, where she worked as an independent consultant, partnering with organizations to improve workplace culture, enhance employee performance, and implement tailored talent strategies. Her leadership extended to interim roles at Accent Group Ltd and Halton Housing, where she contributed significantly to strategic HR functions.
Earlier in her career, Eleanor held impactful roles in organizations such as Community Integrated Care, Openreach, and BT Group, focusing on people strategy, organizational design, and learning and development. Her rich background in HR, coupled with her ability to lead transformation, positions her as a valuable asset to Wienerberger UK.
