São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, December 2024 – Priscilla Oliveira Cardoso has been appointed as the Head of People Partner Latam at Convatec, a global leader in medical products and technologies. In her new role, Priscilla will lead a team of People Partners and HR Advisors across the Latin America region, driving initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent development to align people strategies with business objectives.
Priscilla brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to Convatec. Most recently, she served as the Latam Employer Branding & Early Talent Manager at Bayer, where she spearheaded employer branding strategies, implemented innovative internship programs, and aligned global EVP initiatives with regional cultural transformations.
Prior to that, Priscilla held the position of Global Change Manager for Supply Chain at Bayer, supporting global leaders in implementing change management strategies and earning recognition for the impactful “Voice of Partner” project, which leveraged analytics to enhance distributor relationships.
She also served as the HR Business Partner Manager for the Pharmaceuticals Business Unit at Bayer, where she led DE&I strategy implementations, managed HR analytics for talent performance, and executed projects in compensation and labor relations. Her earlier roles included HR leadership positions within Bayer’s Animal Health and Crop Science Business Units, both locally and globally.
Before joining Bayer, Priscilla worked at Unilever as a Regional HR Business Partner for Marketing and Support Functions, where she led the execution of HR talent lifecycle processes and implemented career journey frameworks for specialist teams across Latin America.
