Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, December 2024 – Nilay Karagulmez Abamor has joined VENHANCER as the Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing her extensive expertise in human resources management, business transformation, and organizational development. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Members, Nilay will oversee HR operations across Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands, driving business change management, transformation projects, and employer branding initiatives aligned with VENHANCER’s strategic objectives.
Nilay joins VENHANCER after a distinguished career spanning more than two decades. Most recently, she was an Executive HR Consultant working with organizations across various industries, including technology, telecommunications, retail, and financial services, delivering tailored HR solutions in change management, strategic workforce planning, and talent management.
Prior to her consultancy role, Nilay served as Human Resources Director at Nesine, where she built a remote/hybrid team culture across Turkey, Malta, and Germany. At Getir, as the Global People Director for Technology, Data & Product, she spearheaded initiatives for a globally distributed workforce, enhancing leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation across multiple regions, including the USA, UK, and India.
Earlier in her career, Nilay held leadership roles at organizations such as TatilBudur.com, Doğuş Marketing Services, Hexagon Studio, Vodafone, and Turkcell, where she contributed to HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. Her contributions to training and development, organizational design, and employee engagement have been instrumental in driving growth and fostering collaborative work environments.
