Silicon Valley, California, United States, December 2024 – Jennifer Odietus has joined Molecular Devices as the Global Director of Talent Management, bringing her extensive expertise in talent planning, performance management, and leadership development. In her new role, Jennifer will lead initiatives to strengthen Molecular Devices’ talent strategies and drive organizational growth in the life sciences sector.
Jennifer transitions into this role from her previous position as Director of Talent Management at Cepheid, where she spearheaded talent planning initiatives, enhanced DE&I policies, and improved employee engagement across 6,000+ associates globally. Her tenure at Cepheid marked significant strides in performance management, internal mobility, and leadership development.
Prior to Cepheid, Jennifer held multiple roles at Danaher Corporation, including Senior Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Manager of Talent Programs. She played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s global DE&I strategies, establishing Associate Resource Groups, and enhancing talent planning processes.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as a Project Management and Performance Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and led diversity initiatives at United Stationers. She demonstrated her expertise in strategic planning, change management, and learning solutions, supporting cross-functional teams and driving organizational excellence.
