Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, December 2024 – Fahdah Alkhulaif has taken on the role of Director of Talent Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development – KSA, bringing over a decade of expertise in learning, development, and HR strategies. In her new capacity, Fahdah will oversee initiatives aimed at advancing talent capabilities across the Kingdom, aligning with the Ministry’s mission to create a prosperous and efficient labor market.
Fahdah transitions into her new role from HungerStation, where she served for nearly six years in progressively senior roles. As Talent Management Senior Manager, she led initiatives in talent development and acquisition, and previously, as Senior Learning and Talent Development Manager, she focused on building a robust learning culture and designing impactful training programs.
Prior to HungerStation, Fahdah spent over four years at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, where she advanced from Human Resources Specialist to Assistant Manager HR. She was instrumental in executing the Health Services Development program, managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
Fahdah began her HR career at the Ministry of Health, showcasing her strong capabilities in recruitment strategies, payroll management, and contract administration, laying a strong foundation for her talent management expertise.
