Jackie has been an integral part of Greenspoon Marder since 2012, initially starting in the Office Services department before transitioning into human resources. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment, and a deep understanding of employee engagement and workforce strategy.

Prior to her elevation, she served as Human Resources Director, where she led key HR initiatives, policy development, and organizational effectiveness strategies. Her leadership in enhancing employee experience, implementing HR best practices, and driving inclusion efforts contributed to the firm’s continued growth and success.

Before stepping into the HR Director role, Jackie served as Director of Employee Support and Employee Support and Engagement Manager, where she played a crucial role in talent acquisition, career development, and HR operations. Her expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and talent retention positioned her as a trusted leader within the organization.

Earlier in her career, she took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruiting top legal professionals and developing a talent pipeline aligned with the firm’s expansion and business needs.
