Prior to that, as Safety Director, he played a pivotal role in enhancing safety standards, risk mitigation, and operational policies to foster a secure work environment.
Before joining Skyline, Matt held roles at The Superior Group as Project/Safety Engineer, where he worked on construction safety protocols and risk assessment strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as a Safety Engineer at Nucor Steel, where he contributed to process improvements and compliance measures in industrial environments. His expertise in safety leadership, workforce development, and HR strategy will continue to drive Skyline Electric’s growth and commitment to excellence.
