Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 2025 – Abdulwahab Eshgi has been promoted to Chief of People & Support Services Officer at Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA), where he will oversee the organization’s human resources and support services operations. His leadership will play a key role in enhancing HR strategies, workforce development, and organizational transformation to support JCSA’s long-term vision.
Eshgi has been with JCSA for over two years, previously serving as Human Resources Director, where he led HR policy development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. His expertise in organizational development, training, and performance management has been instrumental in strengthening JCSA’s HR function.

Before joining JCSA, Eshgi held key HR leadership roles at Kuehne+Nagel, where he worked as a Human Resources Business Partner & Government Relations Manager in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In this role, he was responsible for strategic talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning. His tenure at Kuehne+Nagel included developing a Future Leaders Program, which created a strong pipeline of skilled professionals in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Earlier in his career, Eshgi served as an HR Services Officer at Chalhoub Group, where he was responsible for HR operations, recruitment support, and compensation analysis. He also worked at GACA – General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia as an HR Specialist, where he was selected as one of the top 30 candidates in their Future Leaders Program from a pool of 9,000 applicants. His contributions included designing a recruitment process flowchart that remains in use at GACA today.
