Before stepping into her new role, Cassandra S. was Executive General Manager of Strategy and Transformation at National Tiles, where she was responsible for leading major business transformation initiatives and aligning strategic objectives with growth plans.

Prior to that, she served as General Manager of People Enablement – Stores at Woolworths Supermarkets, where she led HR strategy, workforce transformation, and employee experience initiatives. She also played a key role in leadership development and operational effectiveness at Reece Group, Woolworths Group, and Dan Murphy’s, holding multiple senior HR and strategy-focused roles over the years.

Her experience spans industries including retail, FMCG, and manufacturing, where she has been instrumental in people strategy, change management, and cultural transformation.
