Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, March 2025 – Hanna Dereszynska has been named Head of Human Resources at Britenet, bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership, transformation, and organizational development. In her new role, she will drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives to support Britenet’s continued growth in the IT and software development sector.
Prior to joining Britenet, Dereszynska held multiple senior HR roles at The Stepstone Group, where she served as Human Resources Director and led HR operations, analytics, and processes across EMEA. She played a key role in organizational transformation and talent strategy, supporting the company’s expansion.
Before Stepstone, she was HR Director Poland at DHL Supply Chain, where she managed HR operations, labor relations, and organizational culture initiatives for one of the world’s leading logistics companies.
Dereszynska also served as HR Director and Board Member at Makro Cash and Carry Poland, overseeing HR strategy, employee development, change management, and digital transformation. She led multiple large-scale initiatives, including leadership development programs and employer branding efforts that enhanced the organization’s workforce capabilities.
Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership roles at IBM, where she worked as HR Director Poland, HR Business Partner, and Professional Development Manager. She was instrumental in HR transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development programs. Her career journey also includes experience at McKinsey & Company, where she contributed to organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
