Prior to joining Bombay Shaving Company, Rajan held the position of Head of HR – Jio Enterprise Business (Strategic & Large) at Jio, where she led HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives for nearly six years. Her leadership contributed to the growth and transformation of Jio’s enterprise segment, ensuring that HR policies and practices were aligned with business goals.

Before her tenure at Jio, Rajan served as HR Director at Takshashila Consulting, where she played a pivotal role in HR transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she took on HR leadership roles at TBWA India Pvt Ltd and Nucleus Software, further honing her expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and employee engagement. She also spent several years working on freelance HR consulting projects, including conducting behavioral skill workshops for B-school graduates and managing recruitment for advertising agencies.
