As Head of Talent Acquisition, she led recruitment efforts across various divisions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and a high-performance culture. Before that, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting Hearst UK’s workforce expansion and leadership hiring.
Before her tenure at Hearst UK, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes for luxury beauty brands and contributed to workforce planning and leadership hiring. She also gained extensive recruitment experience at Edelman, where she was responsible for attracting top talent in public relations and corporate communications.
