Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, December 2024 – Keith Grant has taken on the role of Director at Engage People Recruitment, bringing over 15 years of experience in talent management and operational leadership. In his new role, Keith will play a critical part in driving Engage People Recruitment’s mission to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce and create meaningful talent alignment in the financial services sector.
Keith joined Engage People Recruitment in November 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, where he focused on aligning businesses with top-tier financial services talent. Over the next two years, he advanced to the role of Recruitment Manager, leading talent management and sales processes while contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.
Before joining Engage People Recruitment, Keith held significant leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, serving as Director and Vice President in COO EMEA Operations, where he honed his expertise in project and talent management. He also held senior positions at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where he managed cash operations, client onboarding, and talent development.
Keith began his career at Deutsche Bank as an Associate, gaining extensive experience in operational management, particularly in German FI, corporate, and retail investigations.
