Lisa joins DeepHealth after serving as a Member at TroopHR, a national HR network that empowers People professionals to drive change and maximize their leadership impact. Additionally, she has been an Executive Coach, offering expertise in career development, talent management, and recruiting strategies to individuals and organizations.
Prior to this, Lisa held the role of Talent Leader at Haleon, where she managed global talent acquisition, executive search, and high-volume staffing operations. Earlier, she was Vice President, Global Talent & Inclusion at American Express Global Business Travel, where she focused on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and employer branding.
Lisa’s earlier career includes leadership roles at IBM, J.D. Power, S&P Global, and Tyco, where she led global talent transformation, HR systems, campus recruiting, and succession planning initiatives. She also spent nearly a decade at Bristol-Myers Squibb, taking on various HR and IT leadership roles. With a strong background in strategic hiring, culture transformation, and HR technology, she brings a wealth of experience to DeepHealth.
