Jacquie Demianczyk has been with UPMC for nearly three years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources. In this role, she played a key part in HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives, paving the way for her promotion to Vice President.

Prior to this, she was Director of Human Resources at UPMC Passavant for five years, where she was responsible for enhancing HR operations, implementing leadership development programs, and fostering employee relations.

Earlier in her career, Demianczyk held multiple leadership roles at UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, including Director of Human Resources and Manager of Human Resources, contributing to organizational growth, HR policy development, and talent acquisition strategies.

Before joining UPMC, she gained experience in higher education HR management, working at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and EDMC, where she specialized in faculty relations, employee training, and performance management.
