Prior to this role, Cheryl Early served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Builders FirstSource, where she led company-wide hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent engagement initiatives. Her contributions played a significant role in optimizing recruitment processes and strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline.
Before joining Builders FirstSource, she spent nearly five years at Topgolf, where she held leadership roles as Senior Director of Talent & Corporate HR and Director of Talent. During this tenure, she was instrumental in shaping talent strategies, enhancing employee experience, and supporting corporate HR functions.
Earlier in her career, Cheryl Early served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at MoneyGram International, where she led global hiring efforts, employer branding, and recruitment strategies. She also held talent acquisition leadership roles at Concentra and Ericsson, where she managed high-volume hiring, talent management frameworks, and executive recruitment strategies.
