Paris, Île-de-France, France, April 2025 – Emy Rossi has officially stepped into her new role as Head of Talent Management Global Corporate Functions at Sanofi, marking an exciting new chapter in her distinguished HR career. In this position, Emy will focus on elevating the careers of professionals across Sanofi’s corporate functions, helping shape the talent strategies that support the company’s mission to innovate and bring scientific breakthroughs to patients worldwide.
Emy has been a pivotal part of Sanofi for over eight years, most recently serving as People and Culture Global Business Partner for Vaccines Commercial Operations. In this role, she supported a multi-country commercial structure generating over €3 billion in revenue. She played a critical part in leading organizational transformation, talent identification, agile capability development, and championed diversity and gender balance across global teams.
Before that, she held the role of HR Business Partner for Vaccines International and Consumer Health Care, where she partnered with senior leadership to enable business transformations and led major initiatives around team dynamics, performance, and social governance processes. Her expertise was particularly vital during the creation of the standalone CHC unit ahead of the Opella spin-off.
Emy also led as Global Business HR for Finance, supporting the CFO and leading performance, compensation, and talent transformation initiatives aligned with Sanofi’s strategic ambitions. In her earlier role as Global Support Functions HR PMO, she successfully managed the global carve-out of Merial, ensuring seamless HR transitions across geographies.
Her previous experiences at LVMH, Campari Group, Gartner, ArcelorMittal, and Coop Adriatica have further enriched her global perspective and expertise in talent development, career mobility, HR transformation, and capability building. Emy is recognized for her deep passion for people analytics, diversity advocacy, and coaching future leaders.
