Robyn Hilse Appointed as Director of Talent, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions at Ericsson

Plano, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Robyn Hilse has taken on the role of Director of Talent, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions at Ericsson, marking a new milestone in her long and accomplished journey within the organization. In this position, she will be leading talent initiatives for the Enterprise Wireless Solutions unit, building upon her extensive experience in talent development, leadership transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to this, Robyn served as Talent Management Director at Ericsson for nearly five years, where she played a strategic role in developing and deploying global talent policies, frameworks, and measurement systems while advising leadership teams. She also led global change management initiatives and collaborated with key stakeholders to scale impactful people solutions across the business.

Robyn previously held the role of Director of Emerging & Diversity Talent, where she designed and implemented enterprise-wide strategies for identifying, developing, and advancing emerging and underrepresented talent. Her work significantly enhanced Ericsson’s diversity and talent pipeline across North America.

Earlier in her tenure, she contributed as a Learning & Development Consultant, Competence Management Strategist, and PMO Program Director, each time advancing key strategic initiatives that enhanced workforce capabilities and operational efficiencies. Her journey with Ericsson began in 2007, and she has held numerous leadership roles spanning talent, program management, and strategy across multiple geographies.
