Prior to joining ACKO, Pritha led the People and Culture function at Near, where she spearheaded a range of organization development programs including competency mapping, succession planning, OKR-based performance management, and integration strategies for post-acquisition alignment. Her 3-year tenure there was marked by cross-functional innovation and strong people-centric practices.

Her earlier roles included L&D leadership positions at Tata Communications, AXA, and Jombay, where she built expertise in behavioral development, leadership training, coaching, and talent measurement.

Pritha holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and began her career as an Industrial Psychologist at Alcor HRAM Ltd., specializing in psychometric research and talent analytics.
