Kalpan Desai previously served as Vice President – Human Resources at Sony Pictures Networks, where he played a pivotal role in executing talent strategies that enabled 5X growth for SonyLIV and led the company’s digital transformation journey. His prior experience includes roles at Viacom18, GroupM, and Jana Small Finance Bank, where he was instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business growth, performance culture, and employee engagement.
In his new role as CHRO at Atrangii Networks and Ullu Digital, Kalpan will be responsible for leading the people strategy, leadership development, and performance culture for both companies. His appointment underscores the media groups’ intent to foster a people-first culture, drive operational excellence, and support the next phase of organizational growth.
