Eccles, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Loren Gibson has been appointed as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Lanes Group, the UK’s leading provider of specialist drainage, utility, and asset maintenance services. In this role, Loren will spearhead talent acquisition strategy, shaping the future workforce that supports critical infrastructure and innovative solutions nationwide.
Before joining Lanes Group, Loren served as Talent Manager at Interactive Investor, where she successfully led end-to-end recruitment and talent management for a high-growth fintech environment in Manchester. Her strategic approach enabled the business to attract and retain top talent, driving business success and organizational capability.
Previously, Loren held a senior position as Talent Resourcing Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, where she was responsible for the strategic recruitment of senior management roles across multiple business divisions, collaborating closely with HR leadership to align recruitment with business objectives. During her tenure, she developed and delivered innovative recruitment strategies and assessment centers, ensuring a robust pipeline of leaders for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Loren managed talent acquisition for Ingersoll Rand, recruiting across multiple sectors and geographies throughout the UK, Europe, and beyond. Her role involved end-to-end recruitment and building global recruitment strategies that enhanced operational efficiency and strengthened talent pipelines for critical business functions.
Loren’s early HR journey included impactful years at The Co-operative Group, where she served as Resourcing Team Lead and Recruitment Team Leader, managing large teams and developing direct delivery models, candidate attraction strategies, and internal succession planning to drive high-quality hiring outcomes across business units.
