Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Hero Cycles Ltd has welcomed Arpit Jain as its new Head of Human Resources & Admin. In his new leadership role, Arpit will be responsible for shaping HR and administration strategies that enable the organization’s growth, talent management, and operational excellence across locations.
Prior to joining Hero Cycles Ltd, Arpit served as Head of HR at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where he drove human capital strategy and helped establish robust people processes for business growth. His portfolio also included leading HR for TASVA | Aditya Birla Group x Tarun Tahiliani, where he managed end-to-end HR operations and was instrumental in scaling HR practices to support the evolving needs of the business.
Before Aditya Birla Group, Arpit was Lead HR – Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra Group, overseeing HR strategy for a critical business vertical and supporting the integration of HR practices to drive business performance.
At Bharti Airtel, he served as HRBP – Airtel Digital TV (DTH), supporting a high-growth business segment with focused HR interventions in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
Earlier, Arpit built a strong foundation at AkzoNobel, handling a variety of HR roles including HR Manager – Global Business Services, Regional HR Manager, and HR Manager – Compensation & Benefits. He managed multiple regions and functions, driving compensation strategy, business partnering, and HR operations across India.
He began his career with stints at Dabur India Limited as a summer intern, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
