Chicago, Illinois, United States, June 2025 – Sara Aronovitz has begun a new chapter as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Golub Capital, a leading direct lender and private credit manager. In her new role, Sara will oversee talent strategies, recruitment operations, and leadership hiring to support Golub Capital’s ongoing expansion and its mission to deliver world-class financing solutions.
Prior to joining Golub Capital, Sara was the Director of Campus Recruitment & Internships at H.W. Kaufman Group, where she led campus talent initiatives and internship programs for more than a year. Her focus on early-career talent acquisition and university engagement was key to strengthening Kaufman Group’s talent pipeline and fostering emerging leaders across the organization.
Previously, Sara served as a Recruiter at Google, where she spent over two years building high-performing teams in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was instrumental in identifying top talent and driving best-in-class recruitment practices within one of the world’s most innovative technology companies.
Earlier, Sara worked as a Recruiter at Citadel in Chicago, one of the world’s leading financial institutions. During her nearly five-year tenure, she developed expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and securing critical talent for specialized roles in a high-performance culture. Her career began in nonprofit and education environments, including her role as Senior Campaign Associate at the Jewish Federation in Detroit and Chicago, and summer leadership positions at Camp Tamakwa. She also gained early professional experience as an Intern at Quicken Loans.
