Iyad’s leadership comes at a time when Christofle continues to evolve its legacy, blending heritage with modernity across its iconic collections and business operations.
Prior to this new role, Iyad served as Global Human Resources Director at Christofle, where he spent more than three years overseeing international HR functions and playing an instrumental role in developing people practices that fostered growth and innovation. His leadership in talent development, digital HR, and workforce transformation contributed significantly to the company’s ongoing success.
Before joining Christofle, Iyad built an impressive career at Chalhoub Group, where over a decade he rose through the ranks from Group HRMS Manager to Head of Digital HR. In these roles, he specialized in aligning people and technology, rewards management, and HR analytics, establishing himself as a forward-thinking HR leader in the luxury retail sector across the Middle East and beyond.
Iyad’s professional journey also includes early roles in the banking sector with Credit Libanais and Lebanese Canadian Bank, as well as editorial and research experience with AWI Company. These diverse experiences have enriched his approach to people and transformation, combining analytical rigor with a passion for people-centric leadership.
