Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2025 – Lynn Niedrowski has joined Bell & Evans as Vice President, Human Resources, taking on a pivotal leadership role in shaping the people strategy for the organization. Lynn will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, organizational development, and environmental safety, supporting Bell & Evans’ mission of producing healthy food and upholding the highest standards in animal welfare and sustainability.
Before joining Bell & Evans, Lynn served as Chief People Officer at Berks Homes, where she led human capital strategy, operations management, and executive development, demonstrating her ability to drive business growth through strategic HR leadership. Her prior experience as Vice President, Head of Human Resources at YPrime involved building robust HR operations and nurturing a culture of innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Previously, Lynn held executive HR roles at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. as Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer and at Raymond James, where she was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and later Vice President, Human Resources. She also contributed to the growth of organizations such as Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters, where she excelled in business partnership, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives.
Lynn’s academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD, ABD) in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alvernia University. Her journey reflects a dedication to developing high-performing, values-driven cultures and building scalable systems that support organizational excellence and integrity.
