In his new role, Vlade will lead the simplification and modernization of HR systems, enhancing both employee and leader experiences and building scalable solutions for smarter, more effective working practices across Australia Post.
Vlade brings a wealth of experience from his 11-year tenure at Suncorp Group, where he held multiple senior roles including Executive Manager, Performance & Capability Operations, Executive Manager, Group Learning & Governance, and Learning Planning and Performance Manager. In these capacities, he led enterprise learning strategy, oversaw critical people systems, and delivered innovative frameworks for workforce development and compliance. His leadership was pivotal in streamlining HRIS, enabling strategic workforce planning, and implementing value-based learning programs across the organization.
Prior to Suncorp, Vlade held key HR and change management positions at organizations such as the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, Brown Brothers Harriman, Alexander Mann Solutions, Chandler Macleod, and IPA. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated strengths in HR transformation, stakeholder management, project leadership, and developing high-performing HR functions for large, complex businesses.
With his deep expertise in HR strategy, systems transformation, and organizational culture, Vlade is poised to play a critical role in driving Australia Post’s people-first technology vision and enabling the business to adapt to the demands of an evolving commercial landscape.
