San Francisco, California, United States, August 2025 – The Brattle Group has announced that financial economist Ravi Sinha has joined its San Francisco office as Principal and Co-Leader of the Securities Class Actions practice. In this capacity, Sinha will also collaborate closely with the firm’s Credit, Derivatives & Structured Products, Financial Services & Markets, and M&A Litigation practices. Bringing over 20 years of experience in addressing financial and valuation issues in complex securities litigation, he strengthens Brattle’s expertise in high-stakes matters across multiple industries.

Sinha has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to leading law firms and experts in numerous high-profile disputes. His experience spans class actions and other matters involving debt, equity, and derivative securities, where he has assessed the applicability of discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation and other methods for calculating aggregate damages. He has also provided valuation expertise in merger and acquisition disputes; intellectual property cases involving intangible assets; and matters concerning private equity and structured finance instruments such as collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). His industry experience covers financial institutions, consumer products, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
