Istanbul, Türkiye, August 2025 – Rabia Coskun has joined REPKON as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the human resources function, driving organizational development, talent strategy, and cultural transformation to align with REPKON’s global growth objectives.
Prior to joining REPKON, Rabia Coskun served for nearly 3 years at Ege Yapı as the Human Resources and Admin Affairs Director, where she played a key role in leading HR transformation and aligning people practices with strategic goals.
Earlier, she spent over 2 years as a Senior Consultant offering freelance advisory services in change management, HR structure design, executive coaching, and assessment and development centers. Her consulting expertise added significant value to boards and leadership teams navigating transformation.
Before her consulting journey, Rabia worked for nearly 7 years at JLL, where she held the role of Human Resources Director. At JLL Turkey, she led HR across multiple business lines, restructured the HR department, managed end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, and played a critical role in global initiatives including Workday implementation and regional learning strategies.
She also brings 7 years of experience from AXA, where she served as HR and Internal Communications Lead, contributing to talent management, performance systems, employee engagement strategies, and internal communication programs. Rabia began her HR career with roles at Varan Turizm, Akenerji, and Ernst & Young, where she built strong foundations in recruitment, training, job evaluation, and performance management over an early 7-year span.
Rabia Coskun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from Boğaziçi University, which has supported her strengths in coaching, leadership development, and organizational psychology.
