Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Kirsty Rolfe has taken on a new role as Vice President – Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Citi. In this leadership position, she will be responsible for advancing Citi’s talent acquisition strategies, building strong hiring practices, and supporting the bank’s mission of enabling growth and economic progress worldwide.
Kirsty has been with Citi since 2021, growing her career across multiple roles in talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President – Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where she played a key role in driving recruitment initiatives across the Belfast office. Before that, she contributed as a Talent Acquisition Partner, strengthening candidate pipelines and delivering on critical hiring priorities.
Prior to joining Citi, Kirsty gained experience with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, where she developed expertise in candidate sourcing and workforce solutions. She also worked with Grafton Recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer, supporting end-to-end hiring processes across diverse sectors.
Her earlier career includes valuable experience in customer and people-facing roles. She served as a Telecommunications Manager in the British Army for over seven years, where she developed leadership, technical, and organizational skills. Additionally, she worked with TrustFord as a Service Advisor and with SPAR as a Customer Advisor, which built her strong foundation in client service and stakeholder engagement.
