Florham Park, New Jersey, United States, September 2025 — Nicholas Italiano has been appointed as Vice President, Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services. In this role, he will be responsible for leading client relationships and driving innovative employee benefits solutions that align with USI’s reputation as one of the largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the world.
Nicholas has been with USI Insurance Services since 2024, most recently serving as Employee Benefits Producer. In this role, he built strong client partnerships, developed customized benefit programs, and delivered strategies that balanced risk management with employee engagement and organizational needs. His promotion to Vice President highlights both his business development success and his leadership in the benefits consulting space.
Prior to joining USI, Nicholas served as a Life & Health Insurance Agent at FFL Champions, where he worked closely with clients on financial planning, retirement goals, and comprehensive coverage solutions. Earlier, he built his expertise in insurance sales and client management as a Senior Sales Executive at Capstone Insurance, consistently exceeding sales goals while managing workers’ compensation accounts and providing client training on claims systems.
Nicholas also gained early professional experience in customer service, logistics, and crisis management through roles at Orkin Global Pest Control, GenPsych PC, and GoDaddy, before launching his career in renewable energy sales as a Solar Energy Consultant at Statewide Solar. His entrepreneurial background includes over 16 years as a restaurant owner, where he managed operations, finances, and team development, providing him with a unique foundation in leadership and business growth.
