Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 — Manoj Kapoor has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of enGen, the Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting a leading US health insurance plan and hospital network. In this new role, he will lead enGen’s India operations and steer its transformation into a high-performance center of excellence focused on innovation, value delivery, and client success. With more than three decades of experience across HealthTech, digital operations, and enterprise transformation, Manoj brings leadership insights shaped by his work with several global organizations.
Most recently, Manoj served as Vice President – Growth & Transformation at Providence India, where he played a pivotal role in scaling digital health initiatives and re-imagining key business operations. His leadership enabled advancements in patient experience, caregiver efficiency, and business transformation through innovation-driven strategies.
Previously, at Optum, Manoj held senior leadership roles including Vice President – Technology, Head of Optum Startup Studio India, and Head of Product Engineering and Product Management at Optum Global Solutions. In these roles, he drove large-scale innovation programs, mentored technology leaders, and built product engineering capabilities to support revenue cycle management, payment integrity, and analytics.
Earlier in his career, Manoj held leadership positions at RoundGlass, Edifecs, CGI, Dell Services’ Healthcare Group, and Perot Systems, where he contributed to healthcare operations, consulting, enterprise transformation, and client growth. His diverse portfolio of work also includes early contributions at Outlook Money, NSE India, SHCIL Services Ltd., and Johnson & Johnson’s Permacel Division.
Manoj’s appointment underscores enGen’s strategic intent to strengthen its healthcare technology footprint while accelerating innovation-led growth and global collaboration.
