Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 — Rohit Minton has joined QX Global Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with him over two decades of leadership in human resources across diverse global organizations. In his new role, he will drive strategic HR initiatives including talent development, organizational transformation, HR automation, policy revamps, and integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining QX Global Group, Rohit was Group Vice President – Human Resources at Health Prime, where he spearheaded HR transformation programs, policy revamps, and EBITDA-linked initiatives. His leadership focused on building high-performing teams, leveraging automation, and aligning HR practices to business priorities.
Earlier, Rohit held senior roles at R1 RCM, including Director of HR and General Manager of Human Resources, where he contributed to HR transformation, capability building, and analytics-driven strategy. At UnitedHealth Group, he served as Associate Director – Human Capital, leading people strategy execution, organizational change, and talent engagement across multicultural environments.
Prior to that, Rohit’s career included HR leadership experiences at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Amicorp Group, Oracle, and Modlingua, where he honed his expertise in compensation planning, HR operations, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition. These formative roles provided him with a solid foundation in global HR practices, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement.
With this wealth of cross-industry experience, Rohit is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening QX Global Group’s HR strategy, supporting its mission of enabling transformation for clients worldwide while fostering inclusivity and innovation across its global workforce.
