Prior to joining Integrity Healthcare, Akhilesh served as Chief Customer Officer at QX Global Group, where he led global service delivery, customer success, and client partnerships across markets for six years. His tenure was characterized by innovation in customer engagement and the successful execution of digital transformation initiatives that elevated client satisfaction and retention.
Before QX Global Group, Akhilesh was part of IMS People Possible, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Director – Global Sales, Senior Vice President – Sales & Key Accounts, and Vice President – Operations & Business Development. During his nine-year tenure, he played a crucial role in scaling international operations, leading business development strategy, and enhancing client-centric performance across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Akhilesh honed his operational and people leadership skills at iEnergizer and Motif, Inc., where he managed large-scale teams supporting global clients, including leading financial institutions and technology-driven businesses.
