Liam has been an integral part of Zego for over six years, steadily rising through several key roles within the People and Talent functions. Most recently, he served as Head of People Partnering and Talent, where he led strategic initiatives to strengthen Zego’s talent ecosystem, enhance employee experience, and foster an inclusive workplace culture across its UK operations.
Before that, Liam held dual roles as Senior People Partner & Talent Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead, spearheading initiatives that improved hiring efficiency, leadership development, and organizational capability. His tenure at Zego has been marked by a deep commitment to aligning people strategy with business growth, helping the company scale rapidly while retaining its agile and innovation-driven culture.
Prior to joining Zego, Liam gained diverse experience in recruitment and talent consulting. He worked at Zepz as a Talent Partner, contributing to global talent acquisition strategies, and earlier at Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd, where he led the Marketing Division as Head of Recruitment. His early career at Hays—spanning nearly five years—saw him progress from Consultant to Senior Manager, where he developed deep expertise in team leadership, client management, and workforce solutions across Ireland and the UK.
Liam’s career journey reflects a strong foundation in people leadership and a proven ability to scale HR and talent functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments—making him well-suited to lead Zego’s next phase of organizational growth.
